Te Māngai Pāho is a Crown Entity established to make funding available to the national network of Māori radio stations and for the production and broadcast of Māori language television programmes, new media, radio programmes and music recordings.
Our funding activity is responsible for daily news, current affairs, children's Māori language programming, sports coverage and much more on Māori Radio stations, Māori Television, TV1, TV2, TV3, Prime and Sky.
If you are interested in applying for funding for television and/or radio programmes, māori music or outside broadcast radio programmes, guidelines and application forms can be found here on this site. Te Māngai Pāho will enter into co-funding arrangements to support of bilingual programming for television.
