Te Māngai Pāho is now seeking submissions for its 2010-2011 Outside Broadcast Radio Programmes contestable funding round. The guidelines and proposal format are as follows:

Applications need to be submitted before the deadline date of Midday, Monday 1 March 2010.

Important Steps When Submitting a Proposal
- Read the Request for Proposals (RFP) Guidelines
- Read the Proposal Format document (this will assist you in compiling your submission)
- The word version of the Appendices (as outlined in the Outside Broadcast Radio Programmes Proposal Format Outline and Required Appendices document) are available by emailing: rochelle@tmp.govt.nz
- Submit a detailed proposal – 5 copies of each OB event which is unbound and on A4 white paper (attached by a bulldog clip in the top left hand corner)
- Note: Te Māngai Pāho reserves the right to decline RFP application that arrives after the funding round deadline.
- Te Māngai Pāho will not accept any emailed or faxed versions of your proposal

A closed tender was held earlier this year, for the production of the only two Annual Radio Programmes, the:
- National News Radio Service (which incorporates National News Bulletins, Regional News Bulletins, Documentaries and a Current Affairs programme); and
- Midnight to Dawn Radio Programme.
The outcome of this closed round is outlined (below).
